Quotations are valid for the period stated unless otherwise specified.
2. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding lift access, stairs, parking, and item locations.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carrying distances, dismantling, or other unforeseen site conditions.
3. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once accepted by both parties.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable administrative fees if a deposit has been paid.

Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure the items are ready for collection at the agreed time.

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from items before collection.

Fast Paid Disposal SG is not responsible for valuables or documents left inside disposed items.
6. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline any job that presents safety risks or cannot be completed due to inaccessible locations, inaccurate information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability

While reasonable care is taken during every job, Fast Paid Disposal SG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
